Colour's Day Celebration

Colour's Day was celebrated today with great excitement and enthusiasm at Vani Saraswathi Nursery and Primary School, turning the entire campus into a charming world of pink! The day aimed to help young learners identify the color pink and associate it with joy, kindness, and calmness. Children and teachers came dressed in various shades of pink—from soft blush to bright fuchsia—adding beauty and brightness to the school atmosphere. Classrooms were decorated with pink balloons, ribbons, flowers, and handmade crafts, creating a visually delightful environment for the little ones. The students took part in fun-filled activities such as pink-themed coloring, paper craft, storytelling, and object identification games. Teachers creatively used pink items like flowers, toys, fruits (like watermelon and guava), and accessories to introduce and reinforce the color in a meaningful and enjoyable way. Through rhymes, songs, and conversations, children also learned how colors carry emotions, with pink being linked to love, friendship, and gentleness. The event encouraged confidence, expression, and joyful participation, while also improving their observation and fine motor skills.
